Memorial Day

Memorial weekend was a blast. I mean, who doesn't love a 3 day weekend? We didn't do anything extraordinary, but we had so much fun just being together.  

On Monday, Chad's parents had a pool party and BBQ. Just like always, it was so fun! I seriously love hanging out with the DeVore's. I definitely got blessed with amazing in-laws.

With my sister Amy in town and the beautiful spring weather {finally}, a BBQ up the canyon was calling our names. We packed up some food and games and made our way to Timpanogos Park. Needless to say, it was a perfect evening with the fam. 

Baby Nelson

Our friends, Colby and Rashell, are expecting a baby boy!! We are so excited for them, it's the first baby from Chad's so friends, so we wanted to throw a shower. We held the party at our house and decided to have a BBQ/pool party. The husbands made the dinner (meat, salads, chips and pop) and the wives put together the gift basket (diapers, wipes, outfit, etc.). It was such a great night being with everyone. I am so grateful for such amazing friends!
