One of my co-workers, Kailyn, is pregnant and is due in January. Kellie and I decided to throw her a baby shower. I did the invites and decorations, and Kellie made the food and hosted it at her home. It was so fun to be together outside of work and see each other in normal clothes (we are always in scrubs). I am so excited for Kailyn, she is going to be the cutest mom!

Kellie made a diaper cake. It had 150 diapers, such a cute idea!
These pom-poms are super easy to make. Take as many tissue papers as you would like, (the more there are, the bigger it will be), and fold them into a fan, like back in elementary school. Once it is all folded, tie a string around the middle of the tissue paper. Un-fold each tissue paper one at a time, until all the tissue paper is apart. And that's all there is to it, it's so easy!
Making invitations is so easy with my cameo! It is seriously one of the best presents I have ever gotten from Chad. It can cut paper, fabric and vinyl and can cut out any design you can think of. It's like a Cricket, but better because you can download fonts off the internet (my favorite is Pinterest) and you don't have to buy cartridges like a Cricket! It is such a versatile machine and can be used for so many different projects. ( I used it to cut out my banner and letters on the gift bags below).

Thanks for the great ideas for a baby shower I'm hosting this summer.
