On May 20, we said goodbye to what we've called home for the past 2 1/2 years. We are building a home in Vineyard, UT (they break ground this week!!!), but since we have a couple months until it will be done, we pitched our tents in Chad's parents basement. They are so generous to let us move in with them!
Saying goodbye to a house is always a little sad to me. Some of my fondest memories will be while we lived there. In the walls of that home, we faced many adventures - very difficult trials, as well as some of the greatest memories for a lifetime. We brought Duke home to that house and spent many sleepless nights trying to figure this whole parenting thing out. There is no one else I'd rather have by my side than my two boys (+ Bruno). Here's to saying goodbye to old memories, and hello to new adventures!
You're moving to Vineyard?? Jared and I went for a walk through some neighborhoods down there by the lake over the weekend and couldn't stop talking about how perfect and cute it would be to raise a family in Vineyard. I'm so happy for you!
