11 month Update

After almost 2 weeks of being sick, we are both healthy again (thank goodness). It was probably the hardest week this year. There were many tears (from both of us), throw up, and diaper changes. Too bad it all had to happen over Christmas break, but I am just grateful we were healthy to bring in the new year. Happy 11 months, Duke!

Clothing: 9-12 months, 12-18 months for some pants

Bedtime: 7 pm

Sleeping: Duke has been such a great sleeper. Lately he has been sleeping 13 hours straight. Waking up at 8 am is amazing! He still takes 2 naps a day, about an hour and a half for each one. 

Development:

-has 5 teeth (top 3 and bottom 2)

-has learned how to wave and it's seriously the cutest!

-says 'mama' 'dada' 'baba' 'nana'

-has learned how to open any cupboard and pull everything out

-first haircut (12/12/15)

-has learned how to high five (12/23/15)

-can stand up on his own without holding onto anything

-can clap on command

-can growl on command

-starting to crawl up onto things (bed, couch, mantle)

-drinks out of a sippy cup

-eats table food

-getting better at chewing bigger foods 

-starting to take bites out of food (sandwich, banana)

Likes:

-taking baths

-obsessed with the piano (he crawls into the living room and pulls himself up to the keyboard and plays it. Its pretty cute)

Dislikes:

-getting bum changed
-getting out of the bath
