It's so hard to believe Duke is already two months! It's SO fun watching him and his little personality grow. I am absolutely loving this stage. He has been such a sweetheart. I seriously don't know how I lucked out with such a chubby angel baby.
Clothing: 3 months
Bedtime: Around 10:30 - 11 pm. He isn't on a set schedule yet, so pretty much right after he eats.
Eating:
He has been a really good eater (obviously... look at those thunder thighs!!) He eats about every 3 hours during the day for about 45 minutes to an hour and only eats breastmilk. He loves to caress my chest or hold my hand while he eats. It melts my heart.
Sleeping:
Some nights he will sleep 4 hours at a time, and other nights I'm up every hour to feed him. It just really depends on the night. The hardest part for me is getting out of bed, once I'm actually up, it's really not that bad... I love seeing his cute lil' face in the wee hours of the morning ;)

Development:
He is smiling so much and it may just be the cutest thing. He is really happy in the morning and has become more vocal. He can completely focus on your eyes now and it's so fun!
Likes:
- to listen to the piano. It usually puts him to sleep
- going on walks in his stroller
- to be in his carseat (usually falls asleep)
- bath time
Dislikes:
- having a dirty diaper
- hiccups
- tummy time, but he is definitely getting better
New This Month:
- Duke had his 2 month appointment and got his first set of shots. Of course, it was hard to watch him get poked 3 times and scream bloody murder, but I am so grateful he's on his way to getting immunized. It's so freaky to me to think that people don't immunize their kids, especially with the whole measles outbreak.
- He had a little scar tissue from his umbilical cord that was starting to scab over. At his appointment, Dr. Anderson froze it off, which has given him a black belly button that should last a couple weeks.
- He met his cousin Piper (Amy's little girl) for the first time yesterday. They are six days apart and it's so fun to have them together. Duke couldn't stop staring at her. It was so fun!
Statistics:
Weight: 14.35 lb (93.07 %) - he gained 5 pounds in 6 weeks!
Length: 24.5 in (98.11 %)
Head circumference: 16.53 in (99.57%)

Mommy Update:
- I am officially back down to my pre-pregnancy weight! My goal is to keep losing weight and get into even better shape.
- I have been loving the Spring weather; I try to go on at least a 1 mile walk everyday
- I am going on a girls getaway with my sisters this weekend to stay with my Grandma Skidmore in Delta, UT. It will be my first little vacation with Duke. I'm already having withdrawals being without Chad. This will be the longest we have ever been apart ;(

Daddy Update:
- Staying really busy with work and school
- has been on the lookout for a new, safe, "mom" car. Having a baby definitely puts a different perspective on safety.
