Chalkboard Banner DIY

What you'll need:

Wood (any shape you'd like)
Chalkboard paint
Sandpaper
Drill
Paintbrush
Black craft paint
Burlap string
Chalk

This banner is seriously so easy, just 5 simple steps!

Step 1: Drill a hole in the top corners
Step 2: Sand the wood
Step 3: Paint one side of the wood with chalkboard paint. Let it dry for 4 hours. Apply second coat of paint and let it dry for 4 hours.

Step 4: Paint the back side of the wood with black craft paint.
Step 5: Let the paint completely dry for 72 hours before writing on it.

One thing I love about this banner is that it can be used for every holiday. Just add some ribbons and accessories, and you're done. It's that easy!
