Halloween Time

Today has been a great day. On Facebook there was an add to get one bean burrito and a medium drink for FREE at Taco Amigo. How could we pass up free food? I cheated and printed 2 coupons. Chad and I met there after work to enjoy a complimentary dinner on the house. We haven't eaten at the good old Taco Amigo in about a year... it was good to be back :)

Since Halloween is just around the corner and our pumpkins were sitting on our porch untouched, we figured its time to carve them up! I chose the bat in the moonlight and Chad chose the hand coming out of the grave. We turned up the tunes and carved away. 1 hour later we had our beautiful master pieces. Pretty sure we're the best pumpkin carvers on the block ;)

Candles were put in the pumpkins and placed on the porch. We hung cobwebs
around the door and on the rails. To finish it off, we put a flashing strobe light on the stairs. It looks spooky!
