The countdown begins… our dear friends, the Duffy's, are moving to Oklahoma in less than 3 weeks. We knew this day was coming for a long time, but it has slowly crept up on us. We are cramming in as many date nights that we can.
We had made plans to check out the "food truck round up" in Provo, but once we saw the hoards of people, we quickly changed our minds… and found ourselves at El Mexsal instead (in the heart of ghetto Provo). This was my first time trying a Pupusa, a bean and cheese stuffed "pancake"… it had my heart at cheese… so delicious! It was a splendid night with the ladies, and Tyler, the photo bomber.
