Orem Summerfest

Last week was the Orem Summerfest. I always look forward to the summerfest, not just because it's great for people watching, but because I feel like it's officially summer. Cotton candy, funnel cakes, navajo tacos, parades, and the cheap carnival rides is a great way to bring in the new season.

We met up with some of our friends, ate dinner and walked through the booths. Chad and I have never been to the parade, so we decided we were going to go this year. We got decent seats off the side of the road. It was just like any other typical parade, karate advertisements, high school cheerleaders, and the local mayors running for office, but it was a great night together :)
