The Wedding

The day I have been waiting for my entire life has finally arrived.  It has been the longest 117 days of my life preparing for the wedding, but I am so happy to finally say we are married!! I am so grateful for Chad and the inspiration he is to me. I am so lucky to have him as my husband and I can't wait to spend eternity with my best friend! Here are a few shots from the wedding day :)

After I threw my bouquet to the girls, my brother Brian came up to me and congratulated me on the big day. Before I could comprehend what was going on, he had me over his shoulder and he was running to the car. He placed me in the front seat of Sean's new BMW convertible and drove away. 

This "kidnapping the bride" is a common event at Weitzeil weddings, but I had so much on my mind, that I didn't even think about it. I was totally surprised! They said we were going on a scavenger hunt at Smith's and we could return to the reception once I finished the hunt. They handed me a list of five "necessary honeymoon supplies" written on a napkin and sent me on my way. The list consisted of 1. pregnancy test 2. condoms 3. clamps 4. lube 5. energy drink

It was hard to find the condoms and lube (I didn't even know what they looked like!) but it was fun to spend a few minutes with my brothers. They are the best!

As I was searching for venues for the reception, the Bungalow was exactly what I  was looking for, it's absolutely beautiful!! The flowers, trees and lanscaping was amazing. The decorators did such a spectacular job. I definitely had my dream wedding!!
